DOCK IN FIVE – Best Office Project

DOCK IN FIVE has been awarded with CIJ Award

On December 1st, 2022 Crestyl group has been awarded with CIJ Award for DOCK IN FIVE office building in the category Best Office Project during the 22nd CIJ Awards event. DOCK IN FIVE was completed in May 2022 as the last part of the now completed DOCK district, which has grown around two dead-end arms of Vltava River in Prague´s Libeň district. The CIJ Awards are the longest running commercial real estate awards in the Czech Republic and are also held in the other Central and Eastern European countries.
