The flats in the DOCK project reach high standards that meet even the most demanding requirements. All of the flats are furnished with a balcony, a terrace, a front yard or a semi-loggia. To increase space and improve the access of light, the flats are designed to have extremely high door frames; the whole space therefore makes an impression of top comfort. Natural materials are abundantly used within the whole project, even in all flats that feature impressive wooden details.

The standards also include:

  • Extra door height 2.1m for better access of light to the flats
  • Doors and door frames with timber plywood
  • Heating elements connected to a central heat distribution system
  • Windows facing south and west, with roller blinds, other windows prepared for the installation of blinds

Exterior

Three low-storied residential houses are designed for the currently launched first stage of construction - DOCK A. They meet the most challenging as well as romantic dreams of living in a peaceful environment, with a view of the safe water surface. All houses offer an attractive, aesthetic feel of the latest architectural trends and will be welcomed by everyone who requires only the best, with enough peace and comfort.

The three DOCK A houses are situated absolutely exceptionally. On one side they border on a courtyard brimming with orchard-type sandwiched greenery, a foot path to the houses and a short access ramp to the garages. On the other side there is a pier with a line of trees and benches, inviting for relaxation. The facades are dominated by a combination of stone and wood, large timber windows and colourful wooden panels in a chessboard arrangement. The smooth facades gain on a three-dimensional feel thanks to projecting balconies and window bays, embedded loggias and, last but not least, a grill pattern made from impressive white ledges.

Each residential house has a direct and unrestricted access to the pier and the wharf. The space between the houses and the front yards is filled with a staircase, leading directly to a promenade along Vltava branches, which changes into a romantic, illuminated water surface at night because of lamps incorporated in the basements of the houses. Your evenings will be full of relaxation at the river, which you can enjoy from the terrace of your house or by sitting directly on the promenade.

Interior

The sophisticated flats with a pure design include main living rooms mostly facing west, with a view of the water surface and greenery, while bedrooms usually face east, with a vista of the courtyard. The flats on the ground floor are complemented with private front yards that separate the residential houses from public areas and are situated four metres above the pier. This provides enough privacy and a pleasant view of the water surface. The uppermost receded floor is encompassed by a spacious terrace with pergolas along the whole perimeter.
