The newly emerging Prague district DOCK will offer residential and office premises with a vista of the Vltava River and an unparalleled atmosphere.
The DOCK district is attractively situated along the border of Libeň, Karlín and Holešovice. It will be built according to the latest design trends on the embankment of the Vltava River and will offer top-of-the-crop residential areas for peaceful and romantic living, with a view of the water surface. The DOCK project will comprise a total of four stages and, when finished, will offer a total of 120,000 square metres of commercial and residential areas.
The residential part of the DOCK project will provide in 3 stages 346 luxurious flats of all sizes, from smaller ones with one living room and a kitchenette to luxurious two-storied maisonette units with 4 living rooms and a kitchenette, with an area of 100 and 124 square metres, complemented with a terrace with a vista of the river along the whole perimeter of the flat. Parking is possible in the basement of each apartment house. A huge plus is the project's location not far from the city centre, accessible by car or a five minutes' walk to the Palmovka Metro station.
The DOCK project also offers areas in a modern marina immediately next to the residential district, with full-fledged services of a good wharf. Boat owners can therefore take advantage of areas reserved for the long-lasting anchoring of boats as well as a fully functional wharf with complete facilities.
