Afternoon picnic for the fans of Mini in DOCK

You have no plans for the weekend? Visit a meeting of fans of the legendary UK cars Mini, held in DOCK on Saturday, 21 April. Not only will you have a chance to see the veteran cars, but you will also be invited to look at our project and take part in an afternoon picnic in the calm environment of the project, on the banks of the Vltava River.

Façade for phase 1 of DOCK unveiled!

Work continues on the DOCK luxury residential project, and so all three buildings of phase 1 are still shrouded in scaffolding, but the tarp that protected workers from the capricious winter weather has been removed and the façade consisting of exotic meranti wood tiles can be seen in their full glory. The planned completion of phase one is in mid-May 2012.

Under the label "Crestyl - vaše denní dávka designu" ("Crestyl - Your Daily Dose of Design"), we present news on Czech and international design and provide a regular bunch of information on new projects and development. We have introduced "Kodex developera" ("Developer's Code") we obey.

Entering the new year with new discounts!

Right at the beginning of the new year we have some good news for our clients. Although the VAT on housing was flatly raised from 10% to 14% as of January 1, 2012, we do not increase our prices! Thanks to our approach, our customers therefore get a discount on their housing in an amount of 4%, which can be added to all previous discounts.

Between the 14th and the 17th of April, we attended the third prestigous annual exhibition of ships, marine accessories and water sports known as the “Lodě na vodě“.
In partnership with Yacht Professional, we presented the planned project in the Dock district, the implementation of which commenced in early March.

In the DOCK premises the demolition works are being finished and the preparation works for the 1st stage are starting. The construction of the first phase will begin in early 2011, expected completion in 2012.

Crestyl began the demolition of the old derelict buildings occupying  the ground of newly emerging DOCK quarters of Prague. Upgrading of the entire area, which will run until the autumn months, includes the cleaning up of the dock water.
